Brewing this tea Gongfu style brings out its full potential. Use a 90ml gaiwan with water heated to 204°F (96°C). Place one dragon ball, about 8–8.5 grams, into the gaiwan, and give it a quick rinse. For the first infusion, steep for 30 seconds to allow the leaves to fully bloom. Subsequent infusions only need 3–5 seconds. As you continue brewing, the tea’s layers and depth reveal themselves, offering a dynamic experience that evolves with each steep. After the 5th infusion, extend steeping times by 3 seconds per infusion. This tea can deliver up to 16 enjoyable brews, each one rich with its evolving flavor.
