Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Due to food safety reasons, all opened tea bags are final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions.

We strongly recommend purchasing a smaller sample size (such as 1oz) first if you are unsure whether a tea matches your personal taste preferences. Tea is highly subjective, and we cannot accept returns based on flavor preference after the package has been opened.

Because tea is a food product, we are unable to resell any opened tea packages.

The only exception is if we made a mistake with your order, such as shipping the wrong product.

Non-Tea Returns

For non-food items such as teaware or accessories, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

If returned items are found to be used, damaged, or not in their original condition, a handling and restocking fee may be deducted from the refund depending on the severity of the item's condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened tea products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within several business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
