Leo was on a mission to find the best tea from Kagoshima, Japan. He had traveled far and wide for this quest, so he was determined to find something special. That's when he stumbled upon a small tea farm in the area that promised organic leaves with no added chemicals or preservatives.

When he arrived at the farm, the owner warmly greeted him and welcomed him into his store. As they talked about different kinds of teas, Leo mentioned puerh - something usually associated with Chinese tea originating from Puerh city. To his surprise, however, the farmer revealed that although this type of tea cannot be called puerh due to its origin not being in Puerh town - they did actually have a fermented Japanese version!

We are excited by this discovery; as far as we knew no one else had ever tried such a unique kind of tea before! The taste and smell were unlike anything else; sweet yet almost sour like red wine. It truly felt like discovering a hidden gem – something exciting and special just waiting to be shared with others.

The slightly sweet yet earthy notes will give you a feeling of warmth and comfort while being totally unique! With its delightful palate and amazing aroma, it may make all other teas seem quite ordinary in comparison.

We can't wait to share this new and exciting tea with you! Be sure to try it soon and experience something truly special. It might just become your new favorite!

A Nice Taste of Japan

I wasn’t quite sure what to think about a Japanese version of a Puerh but I had to satisfy my curiosity and give it a try. I’m very glad I did! A most interesting interpretation of classic Chinese Puerh that has a noticeable difference which is uniquely Japanese in character. I’m pleasantly surprised by how mellow the overall flavor is while still containing the complexity and earthiness of it’s Chinese counterpart. Nicely done!
