I sent an email saying the product arrived damaged and got no reply

The packaging was not sealed and then it was exposed to humidity by being left on my porch in a heavy downpour (on a hot day). I sent an email asking what to do, with photos. I didn't even ask for a refund or anything, I just wanted to know how to salvage the tea that was not packaged properly. I know the delivery conditions were not the seller's fault, but I would have appreciated any type of response.
