Gongfu Brewing Instructions:
To brew this tea Gongfu style, use one packet (approximately 5 grams) in a 90ml gaiwan. Heat water to 204°F (96°C) and rinse the leaves before the first infusion. Steep for 20 seconds for the first brew, then reduce the time to just 5 seconds for subsequent infusions. This tea can be steeped up to 10-12 times. Oversteeping won’t make it bitter, but it will intensify the floral notes and create a slightly drier texture, which can shift the balance of flavors.
