Gongfu Tea Brewing Instructions:
Start by rinsing the tea with boiling water for just one second. Next, take 4g of tea and steep it in a 100-120ml gaiwan, using water at 190ºF, for approximately 15 seconds. For the second infusion, steep the tea for 10 seconds. Each subsequent infusion should be increased by an additional 10 seconds. Enjoy the exquisite flavors with every sip!

I've been using the 80 year old Duck Shit and it's tasty. However, this Ancient Duck Shit is even better (if that is possible). Recommended to try if you can get past the name. :-)
