Xingren Xiang Dancong Oolong

To fully experience the renowned almond fragrance of Xingren Xiang Phoenix Oolong, brewing it properly is essential. We recommend using 7-8 grams of tea in a 90ml gaiwan, or a Chaozhou-style teapot, typically no larger than 120ml, for the best results in unlocking its aroma and flavor. Start with a quick rinse, followed by a brief 5-second steep for the first infusion. For the next 4-5 infusions, steep for just 1 second each. You should notice the rich toasted almond notes right from the first infusion.
