Alone or with a group

When I bought it, I had to come in the next day to have Leo explain how to use everything. Brew in gaiwan, then put the filter over the pitcher when done. Pour from the pitcher into the cups to serve. All this is done over the tray so if you spill, it's controlled. The hardest part was learning to pour from the gaiwan😂.
