I bought *4* 2026 harvested green teas July 2026 (from tea & whisk). I’m having a hard time choosing a favorite..
5-stars because everything was good (my ratings 8-9.5 are very good, versus the typical problem I have, where tea ends up as compost)..
My notes are subjective for my taste buds, and not exhaustive research, lol (or my review would come after all the tea is sold out).
What I found exceptional, was that all the teas were good & fresh (which I’ve been having a problem finding since my other tea sources disappeared). If anyone knows where I can get some good oolong (milk tea? Or le shan), i would appreciate it (qrumtea at g mail).. None of the teas from tea & which were bad, but your taste buds may vary from mine..

PAN FIRED:
Was my favorite (surprised me, because I thought steaming would have overpowered the pure tea taste.. I must’ve been thinking of Chinese pan fried). I tried different brew times, but I settled on 30 seconds, and 30 seconds again for the second brew.. I never tried a third brew, but I believe it would’ve worked just fine with a higher temperature or time.

Was good. The tea part was the freshest I have had, and the tea complimented the rice (rather than being too weak or too strong..
