OMG! Using this tea as an iced tea, mixed with my sweetener and I still can taste the floral notes. Love it.

Great Customer Service and Beautiful Tea

I originally posted a review disappointed because my tea had arrived in damaged packaging and I received no response via email. Leo immediately replied to me, apologized for missing my email, and asked to make it right. I was sent a new product, this time in perfect condition.
The tea is good quality, as described by other reviews, and exactly as I had expected it.

The packaging was not sealed and then it was exposed to humidity by being left on my porch in a heavy downpour (on a hot day). I sent an email asking what to do, with photos. I didn't even ask for a refund or anything, I just wanted to know how to salvage the tea that was not packaged properly. I know the delivery conditions were not the seller's fault, but I would have appreciated any type of response.

This tea is very unique and exceptionally floral… almost like jasmine green tea but a noticeably different direction… highly recommend this one… it’s a beautiful tea… thanks

taiwan osmanthus oolong

I've been interested in trying more oolong from taiwan & really wanted to like this one...but unfortunately I found it to be too floral & perfumey. It had sort of a synthetic smell & taste that make it almost undrinkable : ( I'm really sensitive to synthetic smells & flavors and am worried this one might give me a headache.
