2015 Handpicked GongMei White Tea

Introducing our 2015 Handpicked Gongmei White Tea, a special tea for white tea lovers. This aged tea is a testament to the adage "The older, the better,". As with fine wine, white tea only gets better with age. This white tea comes loose and not pressed into a tea cake, which allows it to age much faster due to its natural condition of oxidation and fermentation.

Savor the refreshing and calming sensation with every sip of this mellow tea. Its enticing sweet notes of wood, delicately intertwined with floral hints, create a delightful flavor complexity, sure to please even the most discerning tastes.

To enjoy the flavor of our 2015 Handpicked Gongmei White Tea, rinse the tea with boiling water using a 100ml gaiwan, then brew the leaves with a water temperature of around 190ºF (90°C). For its first infusion, steep for up to 1 minute, allowing the sublime flavors and aromas to be released. The next infusion will be much faster, steep them for 5 seconds, and can be re-infused several times (at least 12-18 times), with each additional infusion steeping them slightly longer revealing new layers of taste with each brew.
