Also known as "qing cha" or "clear tea", it is the lightest-oxidized oolong tea in Taiwan, sometimes also referred to as green oolong. Produced in Taipei City and Taoyuan County in the north of Taiwan Province, the Wenshan area in Taipei produces the best quality and aroma, so it is customarily called "Wenshan Baozhong tea".
t is cord-shaped in appearance, dark green in color, bright in honey green with gold in color, elegant and floral in aroma, and sweet, smooth, and clean aftertaste. Like Dongding Oolong Tea, it is a specialty of Taiwan and enjoys the reputation of "Wenshan in the North and Dongding in the South".
