This tea begins with an organic sencha from Uji, Kyoto — the same region known around the world for producing Japan’s most famous matcha. If you’ve ever heard of “Uji matcha,” this is from that same area. Uji’s clean water, misty hills, and rich tea history make it one of Japan’s most respected tea-growing regions.

There are no artificial flavorings in the tea, only real cherry blossom petals blended with organic Uji sencha. The result is natural, balanced, and elegant without being perfumy or sweetened.

When you open the bag, a gentle cherry blossom aroma rises softly, floral but subtle. As it brews, that fragrance settles, allowing the steamed vegetal notes of sencha to come through. Brewing Guide

  • 5 g in 180–200 ml kyusu/teapot

  • Temperature: 165 °F / 74 °C

  • Steep Time: 30 seconds

  • Be careful not to oversteep as it can over-extract bitterness from the cherry blossom petals and compromise the balance of the tea.
