This special sencha is from Yabukita cultivar - Japan's most celebrated tea cultivar, is known for its high quality and exceptional flavor. It offers a perfect balance between a pleasant aroma and the right amount of astringency, enhanced by a deep umami taste.

Brewing Guidelines:

To fully savor the intricate flavors of this tea:

1. Begin with water heated to 145ºF, using 5g of tea for approximately 150ml of water.
2. Steep for 2 minutes, unlocking the first layer of its deep and complex taste.
3. For the second infusion, increase the water temperature to 165ºF and steep for just 30 seconds, revealing a new dimension of flavor without compromising its delicate essence.
