Don't be fooled by the name this tea is a delicious Phoenix mountain oolong with notes of honey and citrus. Legend says that the tea farmer who made this tea tried to hide how delicious this tea was by naming it this way. He owned several ducks on his farm trying to keep the secret of his delicious tea. But, word got out and the name stuck making it the most popular Phoenix oolong on the market.
This light and floral oolong are picked from a 40-year old single bush tea tree on Phoenix Mountain, China.
