This yancha (rock tea) is from old bush tea plant in Wuyi mountain, China. It's a relative to rougui. A nice roasted flavor and high mineral content will be sure to relax; repeated brewings will bring on the state known as tea drunkenness.

Shui Xian, or "water sprite", is a popular variety of oolong tea that originates from the Wuyi Mountains of China. This particular yancha is made from tea bushes that are at least 120 years old. The old bush Shui Xian produces a tea with a deep roasted flavor and high mineral content. Because of its strong flavor, Shui Xian is typically steeped for shorter periods of time than other types of tea. Shui Xian is especially known for its ability to produce feelings of drunkenness.
