In this class, the tea owner, Leo will introduce you to the basic concepts and techniques of the traditional ceremonial tea set popularly used in China and Taiwan. Leo will teach you how to use each of the essential tools for brewing traditional teas, explaining the necessary steps and teaware to make the perfect cup of tea.

During these two-hours sessions, Leo will also teach you how to brew three types of tea and guide you through the secret techniques for brewing all other types of tea. After taking this class you will not only understand how to brew tea with proper technique but will also learn tasting skills essential to developing a cultivated and discerning tea palate.
