This Sencha was our favorite Sencha last year. This year's version of Sencha Sae Midori is a lightly steamed Sencha. The leaves are picked in the second week of April and you can tell the refreshing flavor and aftertaste. The leaves are also much more intact than the deep-steam Sencha from last year. The color and the flavor is brighter and the flavor is much more citrus-like. The lingering aftertaste is really nice and refreshing. You'll feel so relaxed and energize at the same time.
