When trying this Nepali tea for the first time, you'll notice a familiar Darjeeling-like flavor. Darjeeling is located very near the border with Nepal, hence the regional similarity. Nepali tea usually comes in broken black leaf, meant for the lower class Indian consumer, and has always been treated as a poor man's Darjeeling. But not this one. This one is sweet, fruity, and refreshing. There is also a hint of maltiness that makes for a nice iced tea in the summertime. It is full-bodied, smooth, and very easy to drink.
