This \u003cstrong\u003espring 2023 harvest \u003c\/strong\u003ewas rested for a full year before being pressed into \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e200g cakes in April 2024\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, allowing the tea to settle while preserving the freshness and sweetness of the spring material.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYiwu's mountainous environment—with \u003cstrong\u003ehigh elevations, dense forests, frequent mist, abundant rainfall, rich mountain soils, and dramatic day-to-night temperature changes\u003c\/strong\u003e—creates a very different environment from the famous white-tea regions of Fujian.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe large-leaf tea trees found here also bring something special to the finished tea.
