This particular "deep-steamed" Shincha was steamed with a lower temperature to maintain the sweetness of the tea. Tea leaves are more tender and sweet, which makes a delicious cup of tea without any bitter or astringency aftertaste.
2g of tea with 200ml of 165ºF water for about 45 seconds.
