If you love the roasted flavor type of tea, this Amber oolong is a great introduction to someone that loves the charcoal roasted flavor. You can smell the deep wood, and charcoal aroma right after brewing. A hint of spice like cloves, nutmeg, and black pepper combined with the sweet roasted charcoal makes this tea a perfect tea to drink with grilled meats.
With proper brewing, this oolong can be brewed at least 8 times. Use a lower temperature (around 195F) to bring out more of the fruitiness of this tea or brew with a higher temperature if you like more of a complex and spicier version of this oolong.

Amber Oolong
I've been brewing tea in the gong fu style now for about 4 1/2 years. I have purchased tea from other stores but always come back to Leo. Leo's oolongs NEVER disappoint. He offers high quality teas at a reasonable price, and this Amber Oolong is no different. It is one of my favorites. I brew with a higher temperature, so I don't get the fruity flavors, but I do get the spicy, woodsy notes. We also get many passes on this when using our yixing pot.
